Non-promotional items: You buy a product from us that costs $200. You find the same product a few days later for $190. You would then need to contact us with the website where you found the item for $190. We would verify the information that you give us. We would then issue a credit to the credit card that you used when you bought the item from us for $11 ($10 for the difference in the price, and $1 for the additional 10% we owed you under the 110% Price Protection Guarantee) - that's it, it is as simple as that!

Promotional items: We occassionaly offer promotional incentives such as free shipping with purchases over a certain dollar amount. You buy a product from us that costs $200 and we offer you free shipping. Your total cost for this product is $200. Another site offers the identical product for $190 but charges $25 to ship for a total cost of $215. Under that circumstance will will not price match the $10 difference in product cost because you are still saving $25.
